What to Bring

Most day and extended day campers come daily with a bag containing an extra pair of shorts and a shirt for the afternoon and or evening session and should wear sneakers or a flat shoe and bring their cleats for play. Water is provided at the field so water bottles are not necessary but permitted. Lunch is provided and snacks are available via vending machines. It is advisable to bring a minimal amount of change for the vending machines or to pack a snack in your bag. 

Overnight campers should bring:

CLOTHING: One set of T-shirt and shorts for each morning and afternoon session. Sweatshirt/sweatpants for evening. Pajamas, socks, underwear.

SHOES: Cleats and molded shoes,  and  sneakers or a flat shoe to wear on astroturf. The indoor Bubble is an astroturf playing surface. Campers may play in the Bubble in the evenings or in the event of rain. Campers may also play on the football training field which is also astroturf. Most training and play occurs on grass surface. No cleats are to be worn in the dorms.

LINENS: A set of twin sheets (X-Long), pillow case, pillow, blanket or sleeping bag. Towels and washcloths. 

DORMS: The dorms are air conditioned and are equipped with a small refrigerator and microwave oven.

TOILETRIES: Soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

SPENDING MONEY: Vending machines will be stocked with chips, candy etc. Pizza and drinks will be sold in the evenings. Pizzas are $12 each and are usually shared among campers.

WASHING MACHINES: Laundry facilities are available, and are located off the dorm lobbies. Campers must bring their own laundry detergent.

PHONES: Campers may bring phones to plug into the jacks in the bedrooms. The phone number is printed on the jack. Incoming calls are received at no charge to the camper. Outgoing calls can be made with any phone card. Pay phones are available in the lobbies, and will accept any phone card.

FIRST AID and MEDICATION:

Trainers are on site 24 hours a day. Should you have any special needs, please be sure to see them during registration.

FIRST AID SUPPLIES: THE MEDICAL STAFF CANNOT DISTRIBUTE MEDICATION OR PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLIES.  Please supply your camper with the following: suntan/poison ivy lotion, headache medication, anti-fungal creams, antacids, etc.

Support taping of ankles will not be done by the medical staffPlease bring ankle braces or some other type of necessary support if required.

Any prescription medication left with the medical staff must have a physician's note along with it. You must speak with the trainer and make sure you understand how any prescription medication will be handled for your child.
